'Travel to Tokyo' is a campaign to help get families moving; teams beat weekly goals to win exciting prizes by logging their activity online. It aims to help children aged 5–11 to develop healthy, active habits by encouraging them to try new things, get active and have fun.
The Body Coach - P.E. with Jo
Joe Wicks’ online PE lessons to help keep children fit and healthy during the school shutdown. These are free 30-minute classes every weekday at 9am to help children keep active during a live workout and can be found on YouTube called 'PE with Joe'.

Disney 10 Minute Shakeups
10-minute activities based on Disney films that count towards a child’s 60 active minutes per day.
Videos which help children move while they learn. They support curriculum subjects, including maths and English.
Videos delivered by teachers focusing on the PE curriculum which are accessible on YouTube.
England Athletics and funetics have videos that demonstrate parents and children taking part in FUN activities based on fundamental core movement skills: running, jumping and throwing.
